Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Sale items, accessories, and customized products are non-returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

We will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions for sending the item back.
Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
Exchanges are allowed for a different size or color of the same product (subject to availability).

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the shipping cost.
For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
