We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. However, this does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
A contract is formed only when we confirm that the order has entered production.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are displayed in the specified currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be completed at the time of order placement.
We accept various payment methods, including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Google Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

4. Order Modification and Cancellation

You may modify or cancel your order before it enters production by contacting us at contact@urbanunitee.com.
Once production has begun, modifications or cancellations may incur additional fees.
Urban Unitee reserves the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, technical issues, or any other reason. In such cases, we will notify you and process a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 5 to 7 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays or customs issues.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Urban Unitee is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

As our products are custom-made for each order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at contact@urbanunitee.com within 5 days of receiving your order with details and images of the issue.
We will evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, based on the nature of the defect.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Urban Unitee website, including but not limited to designs, images, text, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Urban Unitee and its artists.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from our website without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Urban Unitee shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangibles resulting from the use of our website or services.
